Hôtel de Glace

I would love to spend a night at Hôtel de Glace, an ice hotel near Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier, Quebec. Every single year, the hotel is totally rebuilt and redesigned and is open between January and March. They use 15,000 tons of snow and 500,000 tons of ice! Doesn't it look so amazing and romantic? Joe hates winter, so I doubt I could ever convince him to go with me.

This is so cool! I'd love to stay in an ice hotel someday, and didn't realize there was one in Quebec! (Oh Canada, so many reasons to love thee :))
